Latin Lesson

"Our son is thriving at St Andrew the Apostle. His self- esteem has increased ten-fold. The teachers are first class and are completely dedicated to ensuring the children reach their full potential. It is great to see the children arriving with a great big smile on their faces and an even bigger one in the evening. It has been a hard road to get this school up and running and all involved deserve a big thank you for all their efforts. Keep up the good work and be completely assured that you have our full support on your doings."

"Our daughter has settled in and is enjoying every aspect of the new school. She always has something wonderful to tell us when she comes home."

"Our son is enjoying his new school. He has made new friends and finds his new level of teaching both challenging and rewarding. He also enjoys his after school clubs and so far we are pleased with his transition from Primary to Secondary Education."

"My son likes the school and seems to understand the learning and homework.... if there is a problem the teachers are very happy to sort it out."

"My daughter has settled very well into her new school. This is testament to all the teaching staff at St Andrew's. We are looking forward to her flourishing both as a person and academically at St Andrew."

"St Andrew the Apostle has delivered so much in such a short space of time. The progress is promising for the future. My daughter is both encouraged and motivated to reach her full potential, stretched to use all her abilities and all in a fun and safe environment. There is only one way for St Andrew the Apostle – straight to the top!"

"We are very happy that our son is done with his homework when we pick him up at 4:30. That indicates that good work is done during the school hours."

"We are very happy because our daughter is happy. Everyone is treated fairly and children have the opportunity to get involved in different activities." "Our daughter says St Andrew’s is lovely, the teachers are very caring and easy to talk to and it’s like having your mum at school. We look forward to seeing our daughter mature and blossom in this caring environment."

"Choosing a secondary school is a daunting experience for parents. St Andrew has provided our son with an excellent start to his secondary school career. The academic standards are high and all of our son’s teachers are committed and very knowledgeable in their subject areas. The transition from his primary school was seamless. Our son is happy, enjoys school and is taking it completely in his stride! He already has a real sense of pride and belonging to St. Andrew."

"Our daughter’s transition into secondary school has been seamless. She loves going into school and speaks fondly about it daily. She thinks her teachers are fantastic and tells us how they make lessons interesting. We have seen considerable progress in our daughter. We believe the quality of teaching is of a high standard at St Andrew’s. Mr Ahearn, the head teacher, is personable and always has time to speak to the parents. There is a strong teaching team at the school who are determined to ensure that children of all abilities flourish. We would highly recommend the school to prospective parents."

"So pleased how well our daughter has settled in. Excellent and supportive staff. Really happy we made the right decision."

"My daughter is so happy to be at St Andrew the Apostle. From day one she made friends she feels will last for a lifetime."

"My daughter is so excited to be at school; proud of her uniform; motivated to get up at 6:30am for a one hour commute; disciplined when doing her homework and thinks her teachers are cool. The school work is at such a high standard and the variety so stimulating, especially P.E – she loves Rugby. It was absolutely the right decision to join St Andrew. When asked by her father how she felt school was going, she replied “I’m flying, Daddy, just flying” so what more is there to say? Perhaps a huge thank you to RET, the Classical Education Trust, the Greek Orthodox Church and the community for supporting this concept and seeing it through to completion, I’m proud to have played a small part. Finally, thank you to Mr Ahearn and his team of excellent teachers for working so hard to date but also for being so inspirational to the children. EVER TO EXCEL."
