• Secondary research tasks of what is available. • Design ideas and development of product. • Specification writing. • Understanding CAD/CAM and how to create component drawings. • Manufacture of product using CAM and hand making processes with tools. • Decorative finishing techniques such as decoupage. • Health and safety in the workshop and using tools. • 3D drawing techniques. • Evaluation and testing.

Term 2Completion of keep sake project with Pewter Casting   
Start of Pewter cast jewellery project • Health and safety in using metals and metal working tools. • Create templates from laser cutter or by hand to create moulds for pewter casting. • Shaping and finishing of metals.
